between grubhub and this service, I'd say this service is better!
10 minutes after placing my order I received an email stating I would receive my order within an hour. 30 minutes after placing my order I received a call stating they have no drivers in my area and they won't be bringing my food. I will never use them again.

The manager was so beyond rude the delivery guy apologized for him and have me the owners name so I could reach out and let him know that his manager is not interested in customer service nor he is interested in return business:
On Saturday me and four other people were at my new place painting and decided to get lunch and thought we would try this place...worst mistake ever! My brother who is a vegan still loves pizza just can not have cheese on it, so I ordered him a medium vegan veggie pizza. I ordered myself a small cheese, my father choose a medium with mushroom and pepperoni and my two friends order cheese bread, salad and a bbq chicken pizza.
The pizza I had requested to be vegan was loaded with cheese, my cheese pizza literally was coated in cardboard.
I called to speak with manager in hopes of getting a replacement order but instead I was YELLED at by manager! Telling me it was my fault and that vegans shouldn't order pizza.
What the hell is wrong with you? Seriously you have someone that wants to give you their money to obtain your product and because a person chooses not to eat anything from an animal they aren't welcome?!?!? That is not only disrespectful it's discrimination! After being yelled at and blamed I was told to never order from this place again by the manager! Remind you I called to solely get a replacement order...not to be yelled at or have my brother discriminated against! I demanded a refund for the two pizzas. The delivery driver was super polite and explained to me that his manager is like that all the time and that he personally heard his manager yell at me and apologized on the behalf of the business. I honestly like giving places second chances to win back customers but this is unforgivable as long as that manager is there I see a lot of business going else where.
It's been 1 hour and 40 minutes and I am still waiting for my food. My wife is talking with them right now and they are completely unapologetic. They charge an awful lot to be this bad.
This place should be taken of this planet !!! They Suck
The worst customer service imaginable. After I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint concerning them, they have informed me I am "blocked" from their company. Shockingly poor management. I would give 0 stars if possible.
I understand it gets busy but some of these employees are full of it. I feel sorry for the drivers b/c they do not get paid hourly but the worst attitude guy called twice and let the phone ring 2 seconds so never again. It's like they're incompetent now or something. And this is only my 2nd experience and it was still very disappointing

Great Service!!! I'm a busy Mom and as much as I prefer cooking too going out, sometimes its just not possible between driving kids to school, kids sporting activities, my job and cleaning the house. Restaurant Connection is an affordable alternative to pizza. They have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and the kids are always satisfied (not hard) but whats nice is the fact that I can get something good for myself (that's not complete junk food) :) also the employees on the phone are always so nice and helpful! Overall excellent experience!!

This service is by far the best thing ever!! I have a house full of kids and never any time to cook! I am SICK of pizza and need change! That is exactly what they give me!! Thank YOu!
The phone reps were very helpful with putting a last minute order together for me at lunch time today. The order arrived on time and everything was hot. I will definite use this service again in the future.
Bad customer service.
Why does it always have to take an hour and a half or more to deliver food? (especially when they tell you it'll be within an hour?) Though they have made errors in the orders in the past, that could be the fault of the restaurant. Beware, however, if you call them with any problems with your orders, you will promptly be ignored. It's clear that good service is not a priority for these guys. If someone else jumped into this business, they would be shut down in no time.
We have been ordering from Restaurant Connection for a couple of years now, Its great to be able to have food delivered other than just pizza. Some of our favorite places are Friday's, Pasquales, Mr B's. Leo's Coney Island, Peking House and Antonio's.
I found a loose ball of hair in my food!! I complained to someone named "Barb". She told me there was nothing she could do!!! Well, there is something I can do!!! I filed a complaint with the health department!!!
These people are lowlifes!!!!
I am sorry about your experience. The restaurant that your food was prepared at was notified. The day of your delivery the restaurant offered to remake your food. Just a reminder, Restaurant Connection does not handle the preparation of the food. We only pick up the food from the restaurant of your choice and deliver it to you.
