I went in to have a zipper on a boot repaired, and not only did it take a month and a half for the boot to be ready (should have been one week), but the zipper promptly broke again. I went to another shoe repair store where the proprietor pointed out that the zipper had not been replaced, which is what I paid for, but simply repaired, which is why it broke again. I will never go to this place again, and I recommend that you do not either.
