They're expert craftsmen who care about what they do. Dorian spent a lot of time helping me find the right sewing machine for my wife. He could've easily steered me toward the more expensive one that I was initially thinking of, but he helped me land on a less expensive one that fit my wife's needs better. After I bought it he spent a lot of time helping me learn how to use and maintain it. They have a decent selection of used and refurbished machines.
