Located at Royal Oak, Mich., Churchill Community Education Center offers a variety of programs and activities for students, staff and members of the Royal Oak community. The center offers alternative high school programs, continuing education and adult enrichment programs, English as a Second Language for foreign adults, general equivalency diploma preparation classes and testing, and a variety of adult enrichment classes and programs. It specializes in providing technical job training classes for the adult population, out-of-school youth and teen parents. It also provides guidance and counseling program that supports students in acquiring the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to achieve success in the areas of academic development, work ethic, and personal and social development. The center is a home to the Royal Oak School District's Instructional Technology Department.
