Rude, Rude, Rude! I've always brought my upscale cloths to your store, even after I moved all the way out from Brighton. However, after my experience this weekend - never again! One lady with short dark spike hair was so rude to me, it left me speechless. News Flash Lady - if it wasn't for people like me bringing you expensive things for your store to sell, you wouldn't be in business!

I am a Fashion Designer with over 26 years of experience. I am on FB - Jacquie Barbavian of Barbavian Collection. This lady was very condescending, impatient and rude! I do various Fashion shows and she was like, So!? ugh Over priced. Not particularly impressed and won't be shopping there!

okay so why reject 95% of my things and make me feel awful about my own belongings? not to mention that attitude.......more like "best of bad customer service" id rather go retail thanks.

I dropped some clothes off for consignment, clothes that I had worn to work in a professional setting They only took a few things. They made me feel terrible. I will not go back there again.

This would be a great store IF it was a retail store selling mostly brand name & designer new clothes for mostly tiny women. Some great stuff there but waay over priced. Staff borderline snobs, don't "get" that. I haven't tried to sell anything there so I will have to report back later after I try to do that. I do know that they have a great following though, but I am not in the position of spending more than is necessary for clothing these days.

This shop has a nice variety of goods, but is kind of pricey for clothing that is, after all, used.
