My order was incomplete and was given crispy recipe instead of original. Guess you have to check your order before you leave. Nowadays can't expect good service when you have young kids who are incompetent. Won't go back. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I'm really disappointed. I called this store to ask the manager to educate her staff about food allergies in chicken batter. We were told there were absolutely no egg batter in their chicken so my three year old grandson took one bite and suddenly there were red welts around his lips. We went online and found on their menu there were indeed egg batter mix in those chicken we bought. I'm livid for my grandson since he's HIGHLY allergic to eggs. This *young* female manager didn't see the need to find her cashier to address. She's SO lucky there isn't a pending lawsuit against this store for misinformation about their chicken batter. All I can say is to read their menu BEFORE ordering anything to protect yourself since they are not educated enough to know what's in KFC's food.
