Had a broken water heater, and Pope Plumbing was recommended to me by neighbors, who raved about this company's service and cleanliness. The plumber came out exactly when he said he'd be there, and installed the heater according to city code (which, come to find out, my other one had not been, but had been "approved" by the inspector two years earlier!!). I appreciated that they went above and beyond to make things right and did not charge an arm and a leg! The guy knew his stuff and explained why safety measures are needed and why they could get in trouble for ignoring the city code. We highly recommend Pope Plumbing! Side note: DO NOT ever buy a water heater from anyone other than a licensed plumber!! This includes home improvement stores, who could get you into trouble when you need their junk replaced by a REAL plumber.
Lousy, Set up appointment 1 week in advance. They called me 1 hour beforescheduled time to tell me they were not going to make it. That was the secondappointment they had missed. Meanwhile I had a restaurant shut down waiting onthem. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
