Most painful pedicure I've ever had!! The lady kept smiling every time I said "Ouch, that hurt". I had to tell her 4 times that it hurt and she wouldn't quit DIGGING into the side of my big toe nail so finally I had to snap at her and she had the nerve to say "if it's gone it won't hurt anymore". I'm assuming she was tearing at an ingrown hang nail. 2 days later and my toe is sore and swollen. I'm really hoping it doesn't get infected. I called the owner but he has yet to call me back. Horrible.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received! The manicurist actually painted my cuticles! I had to have another manicure in a few days, and it was gel! The worst part was the pedicure. The ignorant technician clipped my toe nails in such a way that I grew two ingrown toe nails within a month! Inexcusable and maybe intentional. The place was empty on a Saturday morning.....I should have known and kept on going. I will never forget the pain I endured from those ingrowns and I will never go back. BEWARE OF GRAMMY NAILS in ROWLETT!!!!!!!!! Horrible place!

They always do a great job. Everyone is very nice and always remembers me. Diane is best!!

The ladies are always curtious and accomidating. It is a nice and clean salon. I would recommend Venus to everyone. They are amazing.
