We ordered a pizza by phone and went to pick it up. When we tried to pay for it, the employees behind the counter said it had already been paid for. We told them that it hadn't, they again said it had been paid by a Visa (which we didn't even have on us). After repeatedly refusing to take our money, we took the pizza and left. Several hours later, the owner/manager called and said we hadn't paid and needed to pay immediately on the phone. No apologies, no nothing - apparently we had somehow committed the wrong here. Really rude, really unapologetic, he'd rather accuse of us stealing instead of admitting his employees made a mistake.



Also, the pizza was small, dry, and over-priced. Won't be returning.

Our favorite place to eat pizza!! I love that this location has a full dining area - the one on 183 does not. Get the Lone star pizza, garden salad, and cinnamon knots - my favorite meal! The cinnamon knots aren't great leftover but delish fresh, so you might want to eat dessert first. ;)

Hands down the BEST!

My family loves the BBQ Chicken pizz. Not only is the food good, but they have very friendly employees and on time deliveries. I am a huge fan!

Just had a friends and family night at Promise Pizza. What a great Pizza... the best thing is... it was all organic and all natural. Only place in Texas to have a completely Vegan pizza with Daiya Vegan Cheese.
