This was a very good experience... as I had been to Round Rock Nissan weeks before and thought I would never go again due to a very pushy and aggressive sales person. After months of looking... investigating all options... pulling my credit rating prior... and applying for a loan on line SEMI : I was contacted by Anthony Gatling... because I met RR Nissan`s requirements... he paid attention to "detail" on what I was looking for that would meet my needs (a car that I would enjoy driving for a very long time and financially) and worked with me without placing any pressure or being aggressive as that made it an awesome experience to work with him! I have inform friends... neighbors... and co-works of the experience I had purchasing a car and have passed his business card to others... so that when they are looking to purchase a new or used car they will have the same experience with the upmost professionalism. Chuck Guilhas has been very professional... understanding and helpful. I will recommend him to all my friends who want to buy a Nissan. I will also - so far from my experience - recommend Nissan to all my frinds and family.

Super! Great Service! Matt did a great job... the cost of the service was $50 less than I anticipated and as he promised... they were finished in plenty of time for me to go to my son`s baseball game.
Jacob was an excellent personality match for me. He was calm... patient... knowledgable and put me at ease during a stressful event.
My experience was very good. My salesperson was awesome. The sales manager was really great and understanding. I felt that they used sales tactics that were tasteful. I am someone who understands the question, "Were you looking to buy today?"... I feel that any time you are looking at a purchase, the seller has to ask... But I did feel as they were trying to sell me my truck that they were also taking my answers into account. It wasn't the high pressure B. S. when I said that I didn't like the payment plan.
Our sales agent was very friendly and I felt he did everything he could to serve our needs for a vehicle.

Matt Bius provided outstanding assistance in my purchase even to include programming my phone and phonebook with the Bluetooth option and pre-programming my radio stations. This was after the sale. He is a real credit to Round Rock Nissan. I would also like to give Kudos to Bobby Ward for his assistance in finding the exact car I wanted.
I have to say that I Love Lynn. With Lynn she always calls me when she says she will... and sometimes extra just to always keep me in the loop. It is greatly appreciated esp. when things take longer than expected. Yep... I am thrilled to have her. : )
Best new car buying experience I've ever had. Mike was exceptional helpful, explained everything in detail, was very understanding of our needs, and very knowledgeable of all Nissan products. Would recommend Mike Colgan to anyone interested in a new car.

Before I went back to the dealership, the deal had already been agreed upon with my salesperson. Still, when I showed up I had to wait in excess of 45 minutes (with my 2 kids) to start the paperworkWhen I finally did get in to see the finance person, everything started off fine and we started the paperwork. However, we hit a snag when he started to offer me the extras (GAP insurance, warranties, etc). When I declined the GAP insurance, he continued to press the issue. In fact, he made me feel like an idiot in front of my children for not taking it. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I declined it for the 4th and final time, he made me write on the piece of paper something to the effect of I decline the insurance and assume all the risks. From that moment on, his whole attitude changed and he was very rude and standoffish. What was supposed to be a pleasurable experience turned into a sour one. The manager has never bothered to contact me. Great customer service!
