Coyote Canyon is a casual all-inclusive, including unlimited beverages, for one price restaurant. It is an all-you-can-eat steak buffet that offers steaks, chicken and steak burgers. Customers can also enjoy the hot and cold buffet, soups, salads, side dishes and vegetables. The restaurant also offers a bakery with rolls, muffins, pies, cakes and soft serve ice cream with a variety of toppings. Coyote Canyon is a restaurant chain owned by Stockade Companies. Stockade Companies started as a single Sirloin Stockade restaurant in Oklahoma City in 1966. It has expanded into a chain of Sirloin Stockade restaurants, and added Montana Mike s Steakhouse in 1998, and Coyote Canyon in 1999. Stockade Companies has headquarters in Hutchinson, Ks, and operates more than 70 restaurants in the United States and Mexico.
