Seton Healthcare Family's Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention Program offers a structured and educational approach to improving your heart health. Our support group environment connects you with other heart patients, all of whom are monitored by registered cardiac nurses and registered clinical exercise physiologists. The program is available at five different locations in the greater Austin area.
