I have called in a complaint to your 800 # twice. Was told twice I would receive a call both times and never got one. Spoke to customer service at the 800 # was told you spoke with me and was going to talk to your driver. You never spoke with me even after I came to the ups shop on Atkinson, left name and phone #. You don't return calls and you stated you talked to me which never happened. You are lying to customer service at the 800 # and your service rates 0. It is obvious you don't care about your customers.
