i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because I've been a patient for quite some time now. Seem to have had a staff turn over which has been a great improvement to the business. Doctor is very thorough and spends lots of time on his patients. Current staff are very friendly and family oriented. Best place in town!

i think now leadingham vision has great people working for them.

Receptionists really are worthless. They sit there talking while the phone rings and rings. They finally answer the phone and act like the caller interrupted the conversation. Doc is wonderful. Maybe send in a spy to check out the people working in the front. High rating is for the Dr ONLY.

The receptionists are not very friendly nor do they take messages like they are suppose to! Im rating them a 5 because Dr. Ken is the BEST!!!! I would not go anywhere else, even if that means putting up with the receptionists.
