CrossRoads Mediation Services, LLC Mediation / Supervised Visits / Safe Exchanges / Custody Evaluations Dora graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration Degree from Southwestern Adventist University, earned a Certificate of Completion in Mediation and graduation with a Master of Arts Degree in Conflict Management and Resolution from Abilene Christian University, and earned a Certificate of Completion in training as Monitor for Supervised Visitation through the State of California. She is currently working on a Master of Science Degree in Child & Adolescent Development Psychology from Northwestern University. With advanced training in mediation, and over 20 years experience in the legal field, Dora is skilled to guide families through the divorce process. She is committed to providing the highest level of service. She is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, and is able to serve the Hispanic community.
