General Info

Restore is a state-of-the-art outpatient Pilates-based Physical Therapy studio. Our therapists are well-trained rehab specialists who have experience over a wide variety of settings. In addition to "traditional" Physical Therapy, we integrate Pilates for a full-body approach. We also offer Pilates private and small group classes for those who want to improve core strength and flexibility. Most classes are performed on Pilates apparatus.
