EnAble of Georgia is a nonprofit organization that provides home and support services for adults and children with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1979, it offers a range of residential, respite, employment and day services. The organization provides personal support services in the areas of home management, meal planning, shopping, budgeting, housekeeping, transportation, social activities and ambulation. EnAble of Georgia offers various community-oriented courses, and courses in individual planning, recruitment, training, orientation, and personal and self care. It also participates in a variety of recreational activities, including bowling, golf, softball, horseback riding and dance. The organization is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership. EnAble of Georgia maintains a location in Roswell, Ga.
