I have bought several cars from Palmer and love the customer service we always get...I know lots os people who feel the same ...the service dept is just wonderful....we will always buy from them.....if youre looking for the best deals and customer service ..look no further!

I recently took my van into the service department at Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep and they were the most pleasant people to deal with. I had taken my van to three other area dealers and none of them could find the problem, It only took them 10 minutes to find and resolve my isues. LOVE THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! A-1 top notch service..

The only reason I'm writing this is because they (Palmer Dodge) gave themselves a 5 star rating and wrote something about their policy. Their policy statement should read: service department and staff as a whole were incompetent and inconsiderate... I actually couldn't tell they did anything to the car. I had to take it to another dealer for repair. Palmer Dodge didn't even seem to care. I gave them 1 star, because I couldn't give them a lower rating.

I had the best car buying expierence ever! We purchased our vehicle Monday evening and Tuesday am Richard in finance recieved a lower rate offer, calling us back to resign with a lower % lender! This deal was already inked and put to bed. We would have never known that this offer came in and they could have left it as it was. I feel they went above and beyond to help us save the most! Great pricing on vehicles and Tony White was a gracious sales representative. Highly recommend!
