Our boutique Pilates studio offers a variety of fitness classes aimed at helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals. We also offer Private Instruction in Pilates and Gyrotonic from Master Instructor Jeannine Krueger Corbell. Our Pilates classes infuse traditional with contemporary Pilates and offer a wide range of benefits including increased cardio, flexibilty, strengthening, and muscle toning. Regardless of your ability level, our certified Pilates Instructors can offer modifications and challenges to create the most personalized workouts for our clients.
