Jorge & Terry were great. Went to Some other place that claim they dealt with my alarm Audiovox/Prestige ASP996c.. They sold me 2 remotes. one was never programmed. I took it back and they could never program it. They claim my alarm was no good. Took it to American radio and they informed me the other place sold me the wrong remote. So after going back to them spending 2 hrs the last time, for them to lie to me. It only took American radio 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong fix it and have me out and very happy in about 30 minutes. And all for the price of a remote that the other place was going to charge. I am Glad that I called Audiovox and they referred me to American Radio. They know what there doing, the customer Service is Great, and they actually listen to what the customer ask for. Thanks a lot you save my day.
