      The technician that arrived at my home was on time and he even brought my mail to me. He instantly showed me that his licence was current and wanted to know if I had seen any signs of bugs. My technician ,Randy will be the only person that I will give my house key to. He is trust worthy and he always brings my little "Coco" a special treat. Randy is more like family than a exterminator. This company should be very proud to have him as an employee.

      i.e., A local favoMake sure your technician has a pest control license. I asked my tech if he had one and he said no I have taken the test three times and failed I asked how long has he been with the company and he said almost three years. Then I noticed when he left he had signed a different name on the ticket than what he had said his name was. Beware you will be dealing with a crooked company that only cares about money. I asked my technician next time he came why he signed Robb Haney he said This is one of the owners and till I get my license I have to sign his name. I asked a friend about them and she said she used to use them and they are notorious for crooked things. She had one pull in her driveway sit in his little white truck then leaves a bill in her door and he did not spray any nor ring the door bell or knock. Just watch out TN/GA these local country boys with money are nothing but crooks that want your money and thats all they are concerned about. This comp
