I appreciated their one salesman, Bryon, and the owner, peter, helping me with my car, and going through everything that was wrong with it. Very knowledgeable Bryon, can't say enough about his great attitude, knowledge, and equal treatment, as well as great explanations of car issues. When I called back the next day and Bryon was gone, I did not however like how i was treated by Alan. He was gruf, did not know much about the car, didn't listen and call me back after they looked at the brake pads instead just did the minimum (which I did ask for)but I had also asked to know what the pads looked like when they opened things up. They never called me back saying it was done. I had to call back myself twice. I did greatly appreciate the ride home from Peter since it was a shortnotice car issue. So all in all I might come back but only if I can go to bryon or peter. I do want to say the parts were overpriced. A caliper on Oreillys is 30-80 dollars for my car, they charged me 180 just

i went in to get an alignment and my tires balanced they told me that i needed my wheel bearings replaced and told me that my tire was falling apart and needed new ones for another 400$. i brought it home and did the repairs with a buddy of mine that is a mechanic. there was nothing wrong with my wheel bearings and the only deficiency i had with my tire was an uneven wear pattern due to the bad alignment the fix took about an hour and cost me less then 150$ this place is dishonest, unethical, and gives all auto shops a bad name i just wish there were more ways to tell people that this place doesn't deserve your hard earned money. i am truly very angry that a business would try and take advantage of its costumers in such a severe way....
They always go out of their way to make sure our cars are fixed as quickly as possible and they stand behind their warranty!
You have got to check this place out. The guys there are really nice and they have free wi-fi and cappuccino. Perfect place to do homework while getting your oil changed.

I love this place. They have free wi-fi and cappuccino so I hang out in the lobby and do homework while they work on my car. The have great coupons and great service. Nothing to complain about.
This is the nicest shop I have been into in the Twin Cities! They take great care of my car and they make sure to explain everything to me in a way I can understand. They offer a great warranty, and they were the only ones to figure out why my jeep was overheating! Thanks a bunch Guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very Clean shop and a very helpful counter staff. They explained to me in a way that I could understand. They also have a very good warranty, probably the best in town! I would recommend this shop to anyone in town! I will be coming here for life! Thanks Guys

Pat and Jim at the counter are great they were very honest with me after someplace else told me I needed $1600 in repairs they got me back on the road for alot less and explained why the other places recommended things I didnt need I come back to them for every oil change now., Thanks Guys

I had my truck towed to them, and they told me leave it for the day. I got a call about an hour after I left it and they told me what I needed and that they could have it back in about an hour. I was at a car rental place and just got a ride back it was fixed before I even got back they appx 45 minutes. That is fast friendly service way better than the quick lube I was going to.

I highly recommend them they are fair and the prices were great. I got a oil change for $22.00 best price around without any gimmicks.

I came in for a oil change and the counter guy explained to me some repairs I needed. He prioritized them for me and told me what I could wait on. He didnt try to sell me everything new for my car. They really are honest and very help full, I have been back multiple times and have referred my family members they are great.

Great service! These guys fixed what 3 other shops were not able to. They made me a priority, got it done quickly, and charged a very reasonable price! I could not be happier.
Great new shop with great attention to service and friendly smiles all around. Very clean, professional and courteous. What a great way to do business and such a delight to find a shop in the area. Great customer lounge and so clean and neat. Very comfortable.
I have had my car serviced twice by Honest 1 and will have the 3rd time tomorrow. They have been truthful and helpful. I have a 2002 Nissan and want to keep it going and I believe they will help me in a truthful manner.Gloria Carlson.
