this place is a joke i don't recommend using these guys for any fencing products i had two simple gates made up here i asked for a side latch it came with a top latch as well as only half the hardware needed to hang the gates when i asked about the the rest of the hardware i was told it was going to be an additional charge for those pieces the after the transaction was already processed and products were picked up. The guy who called me back after i left was very rude on the phone. He called me and demanded i bring the gates back for a full refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. customer service was horrible
