I was a little dubious walking into the back of a heating and cooling shop to have my laptop fixed, but Computer Tech for Hire is the real deal. I had e-mailed Ross the problem with my laptop and described all that I had tried to do to fix it. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable, and said he felt the repair was within his expertise. Not only did he fix the problem, he added a couple software programs to keep future problems at bay. Most satisfied!Barbara B.
