Dr. Meister is a true leader in the laser eye surgery field and was one of the first American doctors to specialize in LASIK. Over the years, he's distinguished himself as both an exceptional doctor and ardent scholar. Deeply passionate about the advancement of refractive surgery technology, Dr. Meister is regularly asked to speak on the topic at institutions around the world. Dr. Meister received his bachelor's degree in Medicine from the University of North Dakota in 1978. He graduated from the University of California at Davis Medical School two years later. Dr. Meister practices out of our Sacramento location.
