The car I love, the staff, well, wouldn't say are very honest. I was told about their referral plan, have sent 2 different people, had broken promises from 2different reps. My mailbox, voicemail and call log still waiting, 7 months later. I call and keep getting the run around, think I will switch dealers. Very sad, since I wanted to keep my money here in rosenberg

I think I am in LOVE!!! I absolutely love this dealership, and the people who work there. I can not be happier with the service I have received from this dealership. On my search to find a new car, I had visited several car dealerships, and have dealt with some extremely rude salesmen. But, Southwest Kia has completely changed the way I think about Kia, Salesmen, service, and satisfaction. The salesmen was very knowledgeable about the cars, and did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I brought my 1 year old son with me, and everyone at the dealership played with him and entertained him while we were looking at the cars, and discussing the price. Every person at this dealership is extremely friendly, they make you feel like you are part of the family. I walked out with a warm heart and great deal!! Love yall!
