      Owner Carlos A. Garcia has proudly served the community as a self employed independent businessman since 1985. First 20 years as co-owner of C&J's Audio Inc. the leader in car audio and alarm installation in the county. Since 2010 Garcia has opened his own insurance agency in the heart of Rosenberg.
