Would love to have a number for this office.....I have gone there during the week and its closed..so you go home hook up the equipment again and try again on a different day.....would be nice to be able to call and see if they are open....Wish I could put no stars. You should be able to do better than this Charter. People are nice in there when its open.

Worst service ever. Trying to call to up and talk to a customer service representative that knows anything is impossible. Upgraded service and got penalized for upgrading outdated equipment and got charged $60 andservice got interupted while trying to get clarification on the penalty charges. Amazing that you can be a customer for several years and pay between $230 -$280 a month and have interuped service over a billing question that no one will answer over the phone. I want to get the Charter employeee hand book on how to screw the customer, if I ran my busisness this way I wouldn't have any customers left. Remember just because your one of the only games in town doesn't give you the right to take advantage over your customers. Customer service is the most important part of running a business and Charter continues to fail.

TERRIBLE.. Zero communication skills from the phone or people that work there. All they did was get frustrated with my questions then leave the call to someone else. Also why do we need to drive all over MN to get service? Fax has become a legal binding document now.. Get it together, pathetic.

having to go to their office to talk to someone is difficult. no phone number available to call for assistance. no information on services available through that branch.

Very bad service , operators will not give direct phone numbers for lakeville office, they don't want to talk to you. Would rather transfer your calls all over country. The only way to talk with them is to go to physical address, makes it hard when 100 miles away. Put an off air antenna up and get 25 digital channels for free with no monthly bills and avoid dealing with this monoply. The worst communications company in lakeville by far.
