HCC Industries bills itself as synonymous with hermetically sealed products. The company is a vertically integrated manufacturing and design facility, housing an independent hermetic sealing operation. Its total process control features computer aided design, glass mixing, pressing and sintering, machining and stamping, manufacture of contacts and electrodes, in-house tooling and fixturing, sealing in exothermic, Argon, Nitrogen and Hydrogen atmospheres, plating and MIL-I-45208 specs. HCC s material capabilities include: manufactured bodies in materials such as cold rolled steel, stainless steel, kovar, inconel, monel, molydebnum and titanium; and electrodes in 52 alloy, kovar, stainless steel, inconel, chromel, alumel, iron and constantin for thermocouple applications. Established in 1945, HCC Industries has headquarters in Rosemead, Calif.
