I read the above review and feel the complete opposite!! The fine people that work at this amazing establishment have been nothing but extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Anytime I wanted to come by I was seen that day. The employees there have spent hours with me figuring out my windows etc. and I don't know many places that would take that time. They are not children at all and all are extremely knowledgable concerning all their products. I have been treated well by all whom I have been in contact there and would not choose anywhere else to get my windows for our new home.

I think that anyone who deals with these people will regret it. They never take orders right, ship the wrong parts, bad follow up and very slow to respond to the customers needs. The staff is mostly kids and people with no experience at the business and the show is run badly by people that are hard to contact and half the time never there. Absolute boredom if you want to get your job done and want service. Go elsewhere.
