Part 2: 5) The bare minimum of sick, holiday, and vacation days. And don't ever expect to be let go even five minutes early prior to a holiday. All in all, the most miserable working experience of my entire life.

Part 1: If a law firm can be judged by how they treat their workers, I certainly have a lot to say as a former employee. For starters: 1) They actually have their employees (supposedly 'professionals') punch a time clock located in the center of the office. This is something I'd expect at McDonalds. 2) During the snowstorm in October of 2011, there were power outages throughout NJ, and the building was no exception. Only this firm forced their employees (who couldn't work through no fault of their own) to either burn vacation days, or simply docked them outright. Some were even sent home after showing up that first monday morning. 3) Practically every website is blocked (even google news). And cell phones are banned. So all employee's are essentially cut off from the outside work. 4) Lunch is limited to only half an hour (verifiable by the timeclocks), which is almost impossible to adhere to, considering eating at desks is banned as well.
