Located in Roseburg, Ore., Rose Haven Nursing Center provides a range of rehabilitation and nursing services. It offers therapies for wound care, stroke, cardiac and orthopedic challenges. Rose Haven Nursing Center is a part of Pinnacle Healthcare, a privately owned and operated health care network of subacute care and rehabilitation facilities. Established in 1948, the network operates more than 10 nursing facilities in Oregon and Arizona and houses over 1,200 beds. Its care services include subacute, day, respite, long-term and certified wound care. It also offers pharmacy services and infrared therapies. Its rehabilitation services include physiatrists, revealing extremity activity changing habits program, The Lite Gate System and osteoporosis prevention.
