Harvard Heated Mini Storage is an exceptional value for all your storage needs. We are Roseburg's only true Climate Controlled Mini Storage Facility. We offer rooms inside of a facility that is constructed like a large house with insulated walls, 12" of insulation in the ceilings. For air circulation and mold prevention, we have (2) Forced Air Gas Furnaces in each building to maintain a heated environment during the cold months of the year. The excellent insulation component of our facility keeps your more delicate items like electronics, fine wood furniture, important files and photos from getting baked and dried out during our hot summer days. We are the best solution for long term storage. As an example we have stored an entire household for one tenant who worked overseas for 10 years. When she came back her belongings were in the same condition as when she first moved in. She was a satisfied customer. If she would have stored her things in a metal shed on a concrete slab for 10 years in Roseburg, OR, she would have lost most of the value of the items she cared to store in the first place.
