This review is for the business located at 1440 NW Garden Valley Rd., Roseburg. Maybe they are good at changing oil, but when it comes minor repairs.....well, maybe they should stick to changing oil!! First visit, the changed the oil. Then a few days later I had a leak of power steering fluid. I took the car in to have the leak repaired; they replaced a long tube that was part of the power steering system. They told me to bring it if there was still a leak. a few days later, it was still leaking. I took the car in again, just to be told that another tube, a shorter one, in the power steering system was leaking and that would require additional work and money........hmmmm I wonder how all these leaks happened in the first place?.....I would never take my car there again!

Had my car in to have a few things done. I was told it would be only 2 days and it has taken more than a week. Then when I did get it back, it still had a lit of problems ( even more than when I took it in), it even had parts missing from when I took it in.
I will have to take it to another shop to get it fixed the right way.

Shaun's has excellent customer service and treats you like family instead of just another customer. I wont go anywhere else to service my vehicles.

They were very fast and friendly at Shauns Precision Lube & Tune. They let me know that one of my belts needed to be replaced and they did it in a matter of minutes. One of my tires was very low and they said I should have that looked at. I went to the place I got the tires from and there was a nail burried deep inside it. I was leaving for a trip that day so I really apreciated the great job they did.
