It provides long-term nursing, hospice, respite, wound, dementia and ostomy care services. Heritage House Nursing & Rehabilitation offers physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapies. It works to meet the well-being and promotes quality of life of each of its residents. The facility is certified to accept Medicare, Medicaid and various private and federal insurance plans. It additionally conducts a variety of recreational activities for its residents.
