Several of the salesman need to work on their people skills. Recently I purchased a product that turned out to be defective and had to drive 12 miles to return it. The defective product was replaced, upon trying to use the replaced product it too was defective. As you can imagine I was very dissapointed with the product. Upon returning to the store ;to return the product again the salesperson did not mention one word or phrase in regards to this unconvince to me. After that action I decided to ask for a refund and shopped elsewhere for a similar product. I am in no hurry to purchase any future products from that store. It wasn't their fault the product was defective, but their reaction to the the issue was totally inappropriate .

I have always had a great experience at this store. The cashier is always friendly. There are always employees ready to help me and show me where to go to find what I need. They also have a great gift section where I know I can find a good quality item for anyone. I have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Friendly and helpful people are rare in customer service these days, that is why I chose to shop here.
