Believe it or not,this cost cutters is exceptional. It's located in an exceptionally clean Walmart and the staff members are clean, incredibly friendly, and they ACTUALLY understand what to do with hair! I searched long and hard to find this one and they make the grade. I've found most Cost Cutters to be staffed with amateurs who obviously don't know what they're doing and are usually dressed in black "Uncle Fester" smocks(Adams Family). This is a good one. Stay away from the Beloit Cost Cutters. It too is located at Walmart, and is nothing short of horrible.
