- Wrongful DeathLosing a loved one in a wrongful death is probably one of the most difficult experiences that any family will endure. These are the kinds of deaths for which no one is prepared. The shock and grief can be consuming and even more aggrieved due to the fact that it was undeserved and never should have happened. A civil lawsuit must follow in which family members will seek to quantify their losses but also to seek justice and emotional closure so that they can move forward.
- Sex CrimesNOTE: Members of the Copperman Survivors Legal Team will be available to discuss the court’s decision and award. All plaintiff interview requests will be handled through counsel. These include the National Sexual Assault Hotline operated by RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). To speak confidentially to a trained staff member from a local sexual assault service provider call 800-656-HOPE or visit https://hotline.rainn.org/online. Other resources include Long Island Against Domestic Violence.

Plaintiff led the officers through winding roads in a residential neighborhood before turning back onto Johns Neck Road where his car traveled off of the roadway, struck a pole, flipped and rolled. T.S suffered a fatal injury. Defendant, who was intoxicated, was arrested. He was convicted of vehicular manslaughter.
- Personal InjuryThe lawyers at Gruenberg Kelly Della have dedicated their careers and limited their practice to plaintiff personal injury law.
- Medical MalpracticeIn our many years of helping clients with medical malpractice claims, our team at Gruenberg Kelly Della has learned that things are not always what they seem. Drug-related choices and consequences are often viewed as the responsibility of the addicted person. However, our Long Island medical malpractice attorneys are aware that many doctors deliberately over-prescribe dangerous, habit-forming opioid pain medications in order to receive kick-backs from pharmaceutical companies.
