Metal Improvement is a provider of metal treatment services for critical components that operate in aerospace, automotive, power generation, chemical processing and specialty industrial applications. Through a network of more than 50 facilities in North America and Europe, Metal Improvement provides shot peening, laser peening, shot peen forming, heat treating and engineered coatings to prevent premature fatigue and corrosion, which thereby enhances the performance and extends the life of critical components. Metal Improvement Company, which is headquartered in Paramus, N.J., was founded in 1945.
