O'Shea, McDonald, Panzone and Stevens, LLP was established as O'Shea, Griffin and Jones in 1957. The firm focused its practice primarily in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, business law and real estate. Its guiding principals were to provide every client with personal attention and superior legal expertise. Over the years, the firm has produced several preeminent attorneys and judges. Attorney Gerald McDonald was chair of the New York State Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Attorney James O'Shea became a New York State Court of Claims Judge following his appointment by former Governor Hugh Carey to the post of Commissioner of General Services for the State of New York. Attorney Ed McLoughlin became a New York State Supreme Court Judge.
