Since I work on this side of town, I decided to pop in here one evening after work. Talk about your lack of customer service! No one greeted me, told them I wanted a pedicure and just told me to pick out my color. Then I got into the spa massage chair, barely worked. Then the young women who worked on my feet for only 15 minutes, repeatedly answered text messages and phone calls right in the middle of my pedicure! She barely trimmed my nails and only put one coat of paint on and asked me to go sit under the light table. So I did, but she didn't even help me out of the chair or with my stuff to walk over there. After sitting at the table for about 5 minutes, she left the store yelling to the other employees, "I'm going to the mall." While sitting at the light table I was looking at the price list and saw a pedicure was $16, which I thought thank goodness because it was not worth the usual $18 I pay elsewhere. When I went to pay the lady said $20, and I said it says $16 and she said "you sat in the chair." I was obviously mad, no one tried to explain it to me or even said "thank you" or "have a nice day." Needless to say, worst pedicure and customer service ever.
