We love Paulas. She is always getting new stuff and always trying to help out customers. She is very considerate and very generous to us. I love how she talks about God to her customers. She always talks to everyone and loves kids. She even will pray for u if u need it. I was going thru something bad and before I left she gave me an angel and said she would pray for me. U don't find that just anywhere. Her employees r always so nice and helpful. My whole family and all my friends shop there. Keep up the great job Paula, we all support and love u.

My sister lives in Rome and I go to Paula's everytime I am in town. They have a great selection for gifts. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. I think it is a little pricey but if I can find something unique it is worth the price. I love this store!

If u like shopping in a store that is full of paranoia, then this is the store for you. I have never been in a store that treats every customer like a shoplifter. Good grief, get a grip on yourself!

Do not buy anything at Paula's. When I bought a dress, I very specifically asked if I could return it if it did not fit. I was told I could return it within 30 days with the receipt. I tried to return it a few weeks later because it did not fit, and I was told that I could not return it because it was on sale. Paula was very rude. She yelled across the store at me basically calling me a liar because no one in her store would have told me that.

I am a boarding student at the local high school Darlington and i heard about paula's from some of my friends that actually live in Rome. I love paula's and that's where i go to get quick gifts for my friends. Paula's is convenient and has really cute gifts. I respect it for being a small business and i don't mind the prices (which aren't that bad) I'm a high school student and i can afford it. Also the signs shouldn't be taken personally because since it is a locally owned business theft effects the owner all the way to the owner. So i recommend a stop at Paula's while in downtown Rome

My first stop whenever I go to Rome is Paula's! Paula's is the best store around and you can never go wrong when you go there. They have the most fabulous shoes and accessories and I could spend hours in there without getting bored. Paula's offers gifts galore and the employees are the best around! I love Paula's and if you ever go to Rome, Paula's should be your first stop!

I love Paula's. The employees are always so nice. They are there to help us not hurt us. Paulas really tries to help all her customers. She has the neatest shop in Rome. I love the yellowbox shoes. I have never a larger selection anywhere else and I am a hugh shopper all over Ga. I have shopped with Paulas since they opened and never had a bad experience. yes, she has rules, but it is because some people abuse the system. i am sorry you feel this way. i really try to please everyone, but i know from experience that can't be done with everyone no matter how hard i try or how much i pray to make it happen. the new store doesn't have signs up about stealing like my other shop. we have had a lot of theft problems, but i tried to minimize that by setting updisplays in a way so nobody could hide behind anything. everyone knows there are dishonest people in the world and if it was your personal money i'm sure you would do what you could to protect it and to keep costs down for other customers. when someone steals from any company it effects the cost for everyone. as far as the mark up, i don't charge my customers shipping, nor do i double my prices in most cases. i have been told by customers that we have great prices, but no i can't compete with the mart prices because that is wholesale not retail prices. if you have mart access with a business license, why look at retail stores? god bless

I hate going into paulas. She has notices up saying that they are watching you. Employees follow you around acting like they are just waiting for you to steal something. All of the best workers that I knew have left because of paula and her mother. Her prices are double what she buys at the atlanta mart and most can be purchased online at half the price. The store is too crowded and most of her pocketbooks are up on pegs near the ceiling so you have to wait on help (the ones that arent waiting for you to steal) to get them down. Way too pricy and over rated

If you are smart, then you will not shop at this store. Paula would not exchange something I bought since I was a little over 30 days of the sale receipt. I would understand if they no longer carried the item or the item was not in the same condition as it was when I bought it. I guess Paula doesn't realize that people work and cannot always get to her shop during her hours. Please be smart and shop somewhere else. By the way, most of her items are overpriced.

i love shopping paula's. she has the nicest employees that always helps you with everything. she has great taste and is always thinking of her customers because she asks what else would you like for the store to carry. she continues to change all her stock and adds lots of new items. i go in to the store at least once a week, because she says she get new shipments daily. i believe it!!! i have never seen so much stuff under one roof except walmart!!! the store is so trendy and i love her new store!!! i love the hot pink zebra sign. the best shop in rome!!!! we love paula's!!! think i will run down there now and buy a new purse or a new pair of shoes!!! also, she has the best prices around!!!

I loved shopping at Paula's until they were very rude and uncooperative when I needed to exchange two small car window decals. I was told that I could not exchange without the receipt (I got them for a birthday gift) and that I could purchase two more at 20% off! When I asked what I would do with two useless decals, Paula told me that was my problem. I will never shop at Paula's again and I intend to let all of my friends know how I was treated also. Maybe when she starts losing some business, she will be more helpful and nicer to her customers.

I love paula's but some things are a little high. Most of her items hold up well and all are super cute.She has everything from book bags and binders to purses and jewlry.I would reccomend this store to everyone.

Paula's has a variety of things for men, women, and children. She has great workers to help you with all of your needs and everytime I go I always leave with something, whether it be shoes, purses, jewelry, or just a gift for a friend!! This store is a local favorite in all of Georgia!!

Paula's has the cutest items for the best prices anywhere! I have been very pleased with every one of my purchases over the last couple of years!
