I really love the staff here. They seem to truly care, not only about my 4 pawed friends, but about my questions too. The receptionists are always nice and I never have to wait very long. As soon as I am put in a room, someone comes in to discuss my pet's visit. Dr. Brackett is very good with my babies. They never seem as stressed out as they have other place. I will not go anywhere else. They are great!

We have been taking our dog to this clinic for 5 years. We are missionaries to the American Military in England. This vet says he is a Christian, but does not practice Christian ethics. We took our dog in 5/20/08. We needed a salve that we got in England for our dogs allergies. He did not have them, but referred a spray. Which was fine. then he proceeded to give our dog a shot and prescribed some pills. He then tried to clip her nails, for another charge I am sure, but we had just picked her up at the groomers and they had clipped her nails. He hurt our dog, then said Oh, I will leave it so she can get mad at the groomers!!! He didn't even notice they were short. We should have said, no! we don't want the pills, no we don't want the shot, just the spray, but because he is a vet, we figured he knew what he was talking about. We ended up being rip off $143.00 and only needed the spray. She did not need an exam, she had one before leaving England. No more visits to him!!!!!!
The staff at North Broad is excellent with difficult animals. They are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. The office staff is very friendly and professional.
This is an extraordinary veterinarian team. Dr. Brackett truly cares for his animals and their owners. He has been my vet for over six years now. He has came in on a sunday in a suit and tie after dropping his children off at sunday school to give my puppy an IV to try and keep her alive. He always manages to "work me in" even if his day is full. HIs team is one in a million!!! Shanah is extremely knowledgeable about animals and is always available to answer any questions I have or just to listen to me cry from time to time if one of my pets are ill. Ms. Fran calls after any "serious" visit that I make to check on my pet and to make sure I am okay...way after hours. I would not trade them for anything in the world and I assure you that your pet will be in loving hands at North Broad Animal Clinic. I won't take my animals anywhere else!!! They truly are the best in the business!!!!
