I had my steering column replaced there about a year ago, and they were nice enough and gave me a much cheaper used part instead of forcing me to buy something new when I didn't really need to. However, the lowest wiper setting didn't work for about a week after that, and the car always thought that I left my keys in the ignition for several months following the service (the incessant dinging every time I opened the door was obnoxious). I never brought the car back to have those problems fixed because they needed to keep it for more than a day at a time, which seemed unreasonable and was simply too inconvenient for me.
