The staff is very friendly, they are always so helpful!

My experience with the optical department was everything I could ask for - didn't know what to expect when my glasses came in and thinking it was my problem when I couldn't focus my eyes with the new 'script, I was devastated - but, thanks to Bruce Gilbert and an eye exam and the correct 'script from Dr. Tom Dettmer, my new glasses are perfect and I can see properly now - in fact, I'm driving everyone crazy reading (out loud) everything I see!!! So, I am highly recommending that anyone needing a new eye exam, drive out to Hillcrest Pharmacy and Optical for the very best of service - Again, thanks to everyone at HIllcrest!
