Gracie barra Rohnert park is the best way to learn jiu jitsu the traditional brazilian way
I highly recommend Gracie Barra Rohnert Park to those who seek the highest level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction.
I've been training here for about a year and a half and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm not an exercise junkie by any means, but training BJJ at Gracie Barra is legitimately as fun as it is a great workout. The environment is amazing, none of the egos that kept me away from gyms in the past. Instead there's a laid-back, respectful family atmosphere. I ride the bus an hour or more just to train and it's worth every minute. Also, these days you see a lot of dojos with iffy practices/qualifications - some instructors don't even tell you who awarded them their belt or in what. That's absolutely not the case here, Professor Bill is a world-class black belt with unquestionable credentials. I'd highly recommend the free introductory class for anybody with any interest in martial arts, regardless of age (the kids classes are great and the fundamentals/advanced program are very age-friendly, from teenagers to seniors).
I highly recommend that you check out this authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. The head instructor is Professor Bill, a 5 time Brazilian and 2 time world champion Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. His ability to teach the techniques is only surpassed by his people skills, heart and ability to surround himself with dedicated staff and coaches. This all translates to an atmosphere that is supportive and informative. So whether you want a place to train yourself or you want to enroll your whole family, like I did, this is the place. Come on down and try a free intro class. You will love the the Gracie Barra Rohnert Park Experience. Ossss

At the introductory program he or she will learn the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and afterwards enroll in the Gracie Barra Fundamentals Program. After four (4) months of training and learning all the techniques comprising the Fundamental?s curriculum, the student will be recommended to join the Gracie Barra Advanced Program. With eight (8) months of training and experience, the student will have the maturity level and enough knowledge to enroll on the Gracie Barra Black Belt Program. It is in the Gracie Barra Black Belt Program where he or she will be exposed to all kinds of training dynamics, including Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, BJJ No-Gi and high level BJJ-Gi, so that the student develops his or her own Jiu-Jitsu game, strategy and technique(s). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a beautiful art and everyone is capable of learning it and enjoying its many benefits! Cheers, GBRP
