C & S Blacktopping Inc. is a residential and commercial paving contractor. We are a second-generation company, serving the Twin Cities, MN area and surrounding communities since 1967. We specialize in working with new home construction builders. At a competitive cost, we provide second-to-none service and quality to our customers, the building partner, and the homeowner, building lasting partnerships. With a workforce of approximately 35+ employees, we utilize the experience of our crews to help effectively plan, manage, and complete jobs. Our crew members possess anywhere from five to more than 40 years of experience in the industry. Along with our team of experts, we have the equipment to provide the customer with whatever is needed in just about any situation, from a small repair patch to a residential driveway to a commercial parking lot.
