My system has only worked 1 month this year. According to their webpage the system is supposed to be monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I have been made promises for it to be repaired and no luck. I have been told to expect calls back that never happens. I complained about making my solar loan payment and my electric bill ( have to pay both since their system isn’t generating electricity) and was told to wait until June to review energy production guarantee. I just now left their offices after asking to speak to a supervisor and was told that there is nothing that she can do until they install a signal booster. I asked if we could review emails that I sent in and was told no. She, I guess a supervisor, was cold, insensitive and uncaring. #Bad Service
