Ozark Mountain Poultry, also known as OMP, is a poultry processing company that was established in 2000 in a more than 2,200 square-foot production room. With over 600 employees, it works to meet the deboning and meat processing needs of its individual and corporate customers. The company offers tray pack, portion control, specialty packaging, and front- and back-half deboning services. Since its inception, it has grown to become the vendor for the further processing of dark and white meat for some of the largest food companies worldwide. Ozark Mountain Poultry s facilities are spread over an area of nearly 10,000 square feet and maintain approximately 80,000 square feet of processing space. Additionally, it procures and distributes poultry products, as well as produces more than 1.5 million pounds of hand-deboned poultry products every week.
