I hired Atchinson to install a new electrical service to my nearly 100 year old house and add a connection between the main panel and the new grinder pump panel installed by the Confluence Boro contractor. They met me out to walk through what needed to be done and provided an estimate the next day. We scheduled a time to do the work. They showed up on time, did the work in the time they said it would take and did a quality job. Just before they started, I asked if they could add a circuit and line to a junction box for a future tankless hot water heater on a time and materials basis. They did so with a very fair add to the cost of the original proposal. I highly recommend them.

They did a very good job. Very clean, very efficient. We hired them twice. The first time, we were billed accordingly. The second trip, they sent several men to do a one-man job, then billed us for the extra labor without consulting us first. When we contacted them, they did not want to make it right. They did not lower the amount for labor. In my opinion, this is dishonest and unprofessional. I will not recommend them to anyone for this reason. Be warned.
